Our ventilation mat is designed to improve airflow underneath your Lite XL mattress, helping reduce condensation. Although condensation is normally minimised by our well- ventilated design, certain weather conditions can cause water build up especially during in colder weather. The mat is easy to install by removing the mattress, rolling out the mat, then replacing the mattress.

The brand new TentBox Lite XL is a super sized version of our Lite 2.0, made for families of 4.

Featuring two skylights, a dual layer memory foam mattress, a foot-friendly ‘flat-step’ ladder and a new rainfly design with fewer poles to take it up and down in seconds.

The fabric cover is also brand-new, made from matte black Cordura that won’t fade over time, and secured with an industrial strength YKK zip and buckles. Expect new, premium quality fittings, special extras and some nifty accessories throughout.

To streamline the delivery process, most orders will be dispatched directly from our supplier’s warehouses. Rest assured; this will not cause any delays in receiving your order when placed through our website. On each product page, you will find an estimated despatch date to provide you with an indication of when the product is expected to be ready for shipment. To offer you added convenience, Tentbox products are dispatched with FREE delivery.

 

Returns:

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you decide that the product is not suitable for your needs, you can return it within 30 days of the delivery date. Please ensure that the returned items are unused and in their original packaging. For small goods, return shipping costs will be at your expense. If you are returning a Tentbox, we will arrange the collection for you using our delivery partner. The collection cost of £75 will be deducted from your refund. In the rare event that you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us at returns@aimoutdoors.co.uk. Depending on the nature of the issue, we will either arrange for collection of the product or facilitate a swap. Warranty:

We stand behind the quality of Tentbox products. All Tentbox products

come with a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty. For Products in the roof tent category, we offer an additional 3-year extended warranty for defective materials and workmanship, provided such defects arise during normal use conditions and provided the Products have only been used as intended.
