What stage of development is the TentBox GO at?
We have been working on the TentBox GO for the past year and have the complete manufacturing drawing and a few basic prototypes to validate the concept. We have already teamed up with a manufacturing partner and will have a production-ready prototype available in the middle of September.
We’ll keep you updated with our progress by email. The GO will launch on our website in January, and we will start deliveries in March 2024.
Who are we (TentBox)?
We’re the leading British roof tent brand. We have sold over 15,000 rooftop tents in the UK and launched in the USA earlier this year. We see the TentBox GO as a product that will have global success due to its great price point and lightweight nature, so will be shipping the TentBox GO globally.
How do I get notified about the TentBox GO product launch?
Simply sign up to our waitlist on this page, and we’ll send you regular progress updates and notify you when the GO launches in January, ready for delivery in March 2024.
Can I reserve a TentBox GO?
Yes, absolutely. After signing up to the waitlist, you’ll be taken to a page where you can put a small deposit down. In return, you’ll get a $200 discount off your GO when we launch, bringing the price to $999 (from $1199).
How does a TentBox work?
A TentBox (including the TentBox GO) is a sleeping pod for the roof of your car. It comes has a ladder for access and comes with clamps that allow you to mount it to standard vehicle roof bars/roof racks.
You can get roof bars/roof racks for almost any vehicle and our team would be happy to help you find some once the TentBox GO has shipped. So, all you will need is a set of roof bars, plus the TentBox GO and you’ll have everything you need to get started.
Delivery:
At Aim Outdoors, we work closely with our suppliers to ensure a wide range of Tentbox products are available to you. To streamline the delivery process, most orders will be dispatched directly from our supplier’s warehouses. Rest assured; this will not cause any delays in receiving your order when placed through our website. On each product page, you will find an estimated despatch date to provide you with an indication of when the product is expected to be ready for shipment. To offer you added convenience, Tentbox products are dispatched with FREE delivery.
Returns:
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you decide that the product is not suitable for your needs, you can return it within 30 days of the delivery date. Please ensure that the returned items are unused and in their original packaging. For small goods, return shipping costs will be at your expense. If you are returning a Tentbox, we will arrange the collection for you using our delivery partner. The collection cost of £75 will be deducted from your refund. In the rare event that you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us at returns@aimoutdoors.co.uk. Depending on the nature of the issue, we will either arrange for collection of the product or facilitate a swap. Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction, and we will work with you to determine the best course of action.
Warranty:
We stand behind the quality of Tentbox products. All Tentbox products
come with a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty. For Products in the roof tent category, we offer an additional 3-year extended warranty for defective materials and workmanship, provided such defects arise during normal use conditions and provided the Products have only been used as intended.
