Understanding Your Vehicle Roof Load
You can find your vehicle roof load capacity in your vehicle manual. The roof load capacity of your vehicle must be greater than the weight of the TentBox you’re putting on top. For the TentBox Lite Roof Tent, your roof load capacity must be 50kg or more.
Also, note that you have listed a dynamic load limit on your vehicle, which means the maximum recommended roof load while driving. Your vehicle can take up to 5x more load weight when stationary- this is referred to as a static load. In other words, there is no need to worry about the added weight of people inside your TentBox, as they will only be inside when your vehicle is stationary. Extra forces are applied to your vehicle as you’re driving (braking, turning, bumps on the road). This is what creates the big difference between a dynamic and static load.

Returns:
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you decide that the product is not suitable for your needs, you can return it within 30 days of the delivery date. Please ensure that the returned items are unused and in their original packaging. For small goods, return shipping costs will be at your expense. If you are returning a Tentbox, we will arrange the collection for you using our delivery partner. The collection cost of £75 will be deducted from your refund.
