Delivery:

At Aim Outdoors, we work closely with our suppliers to ensure a wide range of Avtex products are available to you. To streamline the delivery process, most orders will be dispatched directly from our supplier’s warehouses. Rest assured; this will not cause any delays in receiving your order when placed through our website. On each product page, you will find an estimated despatch date to provide you with an indication of when the product is expected to be ready for shipment. To offer you added convenience, Avtex products are dispatched with FREE next-day delivery if ordered before 2 pm.

Returns:

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you decide that the product is not suitable for your needs, you can return it within 35 days of the delivery date. Please ensure that the returned items are unused and in their original packaging. For small goods, return shipping costs will be at your expense, while we can arrange collection for large goods through the Returns Form here.

Depending on the nature of the issue, we will either arrange for the collection of the product or facilitate a swap.
